Delete an individual shift
Open My Rota, find the shift, tap its options button, and choose Delete shift. Confirming removes that shift and its earnings from the local database on that device.
Delete all local app data
- Open iPhone Settings.
- Choose General → iPhone Storage → RotaTally.
- Tap Delete App and confirm.
Using “Offload App” is not enough because iOS keeps the app’s documents and data.
Account deletion
RotaTally does not require or create a cloud account. There is therefore no RotaTally account to delete. If you believe our scanner, purchase processing, or support service holds personal information about you, email support@rotatally.com and we will verify and fulfil the request where applicable.
What a deletion request covers
We will delete applicable server-side records associated with a verified request, subject to limited information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations. Local data on each device must still be removed on that device.
